    Who we are looking for: Licensed Therapist for Children and Teens!
    The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, while collaborating with clients & community providers to deliver the most comprehensive, personalized treatment to all clients.     • Flexible scheduling: 30 client hours a week
    • Base salary PLUS reimbursement sharing

    Responsibilities and Duties 
    • Client Care:
      • Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling
      • Develop and implement treatment plans
    • Documentation & Compliance
      • Complete documentation with 48 hours of session
      • Facilitate treatment plan reviews
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with a dynamic team
      • Coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed
      • Attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
    Required Qualifications and Skills  
    • Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field  
    • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes 
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner 
    • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients 
    • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base 
    • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!) 
    • Ability to pass a background check 
    Preferred Qualifications and Skills 
    • Candidates should have clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too! (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC)  
    • Preferred experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families 
    • Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation 
    • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches 
    • Evening &/or Saturday availability (3pm to 8pm)
    • Supervisory experience a plus

    About Us:

    Compensation: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
