Powerhouse Operator ( Licensed)
This is a job position with expectations of the team member is a licensed boiler operator for the state of Arkansas and has the ability operate the powerhouse.
What you will do:
- Work in confined spaces and height in excess of 20 feet.
- Perform maintenance activities.
- Maintain all heavy equipment (including cleaning, oiling and greasing).
- Perform regular cleanup duties.
- Show initiative, self-motivation, good work habits and attendance, good safety record and good housekeeping.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Perform regular housekeeping duties.
- Proficient computer skills
What you will need to be successful:
- Boiler License for the state of Arkansas
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be willing and able to work a schedule which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be willing to work rotating shifts.
- Willing and able to work on an emergency call-in basis when required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and deliver value to the team.
- Willingness and ability to cross-train to learn new jobs and skills.
- Consistent, predictable attendance.
- Comply with all West Fraser safety policies and procedures.
