The Licensed Behavioral Health (BH) Outpatient Therapist provides culturally competent, ethical, and compassionate behavioral health services to individuals, families, and couples in an outpatient setting. - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
License - Issues by Florida or Compact State:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Licensed Marital and Family Therapy
Work Experience and Additional Information:
- One (1) to two (2) years relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting, inclusive of 1,500 hours of supervised, post-Master's clinical experience.
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting with diverse populations presenting range of behavioral health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and substance use disorders.
- Highly motivated, independent, and capable of performing in a complex environment with the ability to prioritize effectively and complete tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and competence to establish rapport and build supporting, trusting relationships and maintain healthy boundaries and respect for patient rights and personal preferences.
