JOB DESCRIPTION
Hardy Nation is looking for Assistant Leaders who are passionate about the beauty industry, supporting strong teams, and providing excellent Client service.
Our Assistant Leaders work behind the chair while supporting the Store Leader with coaching, team development, and day-to-day salon operations.
Interested in leadership but dont have management experience yet? We still encourage you to apply. We can train and develop the right stylist who has leadership potential and is ready to grow.
Were also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire stylists and leaders from Mooresville, Denver, Cornelius, Salisbury, Huntersville, and Asheville.
Our top Assistant Leaders earn $40+ per hour!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Store Leader with day-to-day salon operations

QUALIFICATIONS
