Youre a strong stylist whos ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Granger, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results - with a direct path to running your own store.

What youll do

• Run the floor when the Store Manager is off - opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
• Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
• Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
• Set the example behind the chair - youre still cutting, and youre the standard
• Train as the next Store Manager - this is the seat we promote from

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license
• Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers - or the drive to build one

• Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
