Licensed Architect - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to lead projects, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day architectural project delivery in the Boston area. Description

• Lead architectural projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, including scope, staffing, schedules, and project coordination.
• Oversee and mentor architectural staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective design and project solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and professional standards.
• Coordinate project deliverables and documentation while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.

Profile

A successful Licensed Architect should have:

• Licensed Architect required.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience.
• Proven experience managing architectural projects and day-to-day project operations.
• Strong background leading client meetings and managing client relationships.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and managing architectural staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
