Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch training program
• Apply PLACE lead generation strategies weekly
• Guide buyers through purchasing, secure agreements, and find properties
• Represent buyers and sellers in offer negotiations
• Keep accurate records using PLACE Technology
• Host at least two open houses monthly
• Convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice and team meetings
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Collaborate with sellers to obtain and market listings
• Advise on pricing, staging, and listing preparation

Qualifications

• Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive drive
• Experienced in building strong client relationships, identifying needs, and providing customized solutions
• Proficient in lead generation and uncovering new business opportunities
• Confident and effective in overcoming objections
• Clear and compelling communicator dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Team-oriented and supportive collaborator
• Possesses a valid real estate license
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and self-enhancement
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Willing to learn and apply scripts and communication strategies
• Skilled in managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks effectively
