    Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Specialist

    Part-Time or Full-Time

    Winston-Salem, NC

    $20+/hour plus commission/bonus (depending on experience)

    About the Role

    A busy medspa in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a talented Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for aesthetics and helping people look and feel their best while developing customized treatment plans focused on achieving results, and will have experience performing facials, HydraFacial, as well as lasers or other energy-based devices. Must be confident as a skincare expert while delivering a 5-star patient experience. 

    Responsibilities

    • Perform aesthetic services including Facials,HydraFacial, radiofrequency microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, and other laser treatments as needed.

    • Educate patients on skincare, aftercare, treatment plans, and product recommendations

    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to protocols and regulations

    • Create comprehensive treatment plans that include packages, skincare products, and memberships

    • Maintain accurate treatment notes and ensure proper charting within EMR

    • Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and practice events

    Requirements

    • Valid Aesthetician License in North Carolina

    • Minimum 1 year of experience performing aesthetic treatments in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

    • Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skin types, medical-grade skincare, and device safety

    • Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-focused mindset

    • Comfort with sales, treatment planning, and building long-term patient relationships

    • Experience with multiple energy-based or laser platforms (e.g., hair removal, IPL, non-ablative resurfacing) (will provide additional training if necessary)

    • Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $20+/hr (depending on experience) + service and retail bonuses
