If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!We are looking for licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals navigate behavioral health, mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges.What You'll DoCreate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each clientConduct individual and group therapy sessionsTake responsibility for the clinical needs, services, treatment planning, and aftercare of your assigned caseloadAssess client needs, progress, relapse risk, and ongoing treatment needsPrevent, intervene, and de-escalate in the event of a crisisMaintain thorough and timely clinical documentation of client challenges, progress, interventions, and treatment outcomesCollaborate with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate quality careCommunicate effectively with families and other members of the client's support system when appropriateParticipate in treatment team meetings and case reviewsModel professionalism, ethics, accountability, dignity, and respect in every professional interactionWhat We're Looking ForActive Indiana clinical license required - LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or other applicable license that qualifies the candidate to provide clinical services in this settingMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Addiction Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical fieldExperience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a related clinical settingExperience providing individual and/or group therapyStrong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skillsAbility to assess client needs and respond appropriately to behavioral or clinical concerns and crisesExcellent verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal communication skillsCompassionate and professional approach with the ability to maintain strong clinical boundariesAbility to maintain absolute confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standardsExperience working with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, detox, or residential treatment is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join UsAvenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
