Serve as system owner for the client contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness for clients licensing ICE proprietary services under the ICE Data Services and Software Services Agreement
Monitor license terms, renewal dates, and compliance obligations across the portfolio, proactively flagging risk or exposure
Maintain and update Product Activation Forms (PAFs) issued under the Data Services Agreement (DSA), including for complex multi-product or multi-entity arrangements
Product & Documentation Knowledge
Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of ICE products licensed under the DSA via Product Activation Forms
Use AI-based tools to quickly locate and reference applicable internal documentation, contract language, and precedent
Stay current on important terms in the DSA
Client & Internal Support
Respond to client queries regarding license scope, entitlements, and commercial terms
Respond to internal stakeholder queries (sales, product, finance) regarding contract status and terms
Partner with attorneys to support document workflow processes, including drafting, routing, and execution tracking
