Temp-to-Hire License Clerk opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process driver's license, vehicle registration, title, and tag transactions
• Assist customers with renewals, replacements, transfers, address changes, and other PennDOT-related services
• Collect and process payments, fees, and refunds
• Serve as a Notary Public in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with transaction reporting, inventory management, and processing follow-up items

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Notary Public commission 
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
• Availability to work additional hours and weekends
