Salary: $139,110 to $229,528

The City of Seattle is seeking an innovative, strategic, and equity-driven leader to serve as its next License and Tax Administrator and lead one of the City's most important financial operations.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the License and Tax Administrator provides strategic vision and overall leadership for the License and Tax Administration Division, overseeing the administration, assessment, and collection of more than $1 billion in annual City tax revenue. Leading a dedicated team of 35, the Administrator has a rare opportunity to shape tax administration for one of the nation's most economically dynamic cities while directly supporting the City's fiscal health and relationship with its citizens and diverse business community.
