The Athol Community Elementary School is seeking a Long-Term Library Media Specialist Substitute
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the school library, including circulation, cataloging, and collection development.
Promote reading and lifelong learning by curating engaging book collections and organizing reading programs.
Instruct students in the use of library resources, digital tools, research skills, and responsible digital citizenship.
Collaborate with teachers to integrate library/media services into classroom instruction and support project-based learning.
Maintain and support technology resources, including devices, databases, and instructional software.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging library environment for all students and staff.
