Library and Information Science, Organizational Skills, Regulations, Training/Teaching
REQUIRED:
- Masters Degree;
- Valid Texas Teacher's Certificate;
- School Librarian Certificate; Learning Resource Specialist Certificate; Learning Resource Endorsement.
- Two (2) years of teaching experience;
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with on-line circulation/catalog systems.
The role of the Librarian is to provide a well organized, smoothly functioning library environment, maintained in a manner consistent with Board Policy and consistent with statutes and standards of regulatory agencies.
