    Liberty Partnerships Program Coordinator

    Fulton Montgomery Community College seeks a professional individual to support the Director of the Liberty Partnerships Program in all aspects of grant -funded program implementation and reporting. This role is essential in coordinating data collection and reporting conducting family outreach and providing case management services that promote student success and on -time graduation. The position requires collaboration with students families school personnel and community partners to help ensure particip ants remain on track for post -secondary education and career success within the Greater Amsterdam School District.

    Summary of Duties

    • Assist the Director in maintaining program data and documentation necessary for performance reporting and compliance with New York State Education Department requirements.

    • Support the development cultivation and stewardship of relationships with campus stakeholders school district personnel community organizations and other external partners to advance the mission of the Liberty Partnerships Program.

    • Coordinate services and enrichment opportunities provided by vendors and community partners for participating students and families.

    • Collaborate with LPP counselors and part -time staff to coordinate student support services manage an assigned caseload of students assess individual needs and develop personalized student success plans.

    • Maintain effective working relationships with school administrators counselors teachers and other key personnel within the Greater Amsterdam School District to support student engagement and achievement.

    • Participate in institutional assessment activities related to areas of responsibility and perform other duties as assigned in support of program goals and objectives.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred. Experience in educational settings student support services counseling case management or grant -funded programs preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication interpersonal and organiz ational skills proficiency with computer applications and data management systems and a demonstrated commitment to student success and educational access.
