About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, and security solutions. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration. If you are self-motivated, love solving problems, and take pride in great customer service — you will fit right in.

You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration. Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT experience or a diploma/degree in Information Technology
- MSP experience is required
- Solid hands-on experience with firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall, UDM Pro), switches, and access points
- Comfortable with network troubleshooting — VLANs, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs
- Experience with server setup and virtualization
- Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration
- Cloud experience is a plus — especially migrating on-prem servers to Azure or AWS
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
- CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
- NinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA Experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Resolve service desk requests via phone, email, and web portal
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
- Set up and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and core services like AD, DNS, and DHCP
- Support cloud environments and assist with on-prem to cloud migrations
- Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory for clients
- Support EDR/MDR and SIEM platforms for endpoint and security monitoring
- Travel to client sites when needed

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
