What You ll Do
Install, route, and terminate commercial AV, audio, video, and control cabling
Mount displays, speakers, cameras, projectors, and other AV equipment
Assist with equipment rack builds, device installation, and system integration
Install cable pathways, supports, and related low-voltage infrastructure
Read blueprints, floor plans, schematics, and construction drawings
Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of installed AV systems
Work closely with Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers
Maintain clean, organized, professional installations
Assist Helpers and Level I Technicians with installation tasks and best practices
Follow all jobsite safety procedures and quality standards
What We re Looking For
2+ years of commercial AV, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience
Hands-on experience working in commercial construction environments
Experience installing and terminating AV and low-voltage cabling
Familiarity with displays, speakers, racks, cameras, and other AV devices
Ability to read basic prints, plans, and construction drawings
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working from ladders and lifts
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Reliable transportation
Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
