Level C Technician

Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Level C Technician will assist with routine shop tasks and maintenance-related activities while gaining hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mindset and be interested in developing their skillset in a maintenance shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technicians and shop personnel with routine daily tasks and general shop activities.
  
• Learn and help support maintenance shop tasks and processes.
  
• Develop hands-on mechanical and technical skills through on-the-job experience.
  
• Perform slip plating (painting) and related preparation and finishing work as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• Assist with moving, staging, and preparing equipment, vehicles, parts, and materials.
  
• Complete other general shop duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in developing a career in a technical/shop environment.
  
• CDL-A is highly preferred for this position.
  
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced technicians.
  
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Ability to perform hands-on work in a shop environment.
  
• Previous mechanical, maintenance, or related shop experience is a plus
