The Client Support & Systems Engineer plays a dual role, combining project execution and environment alignment. You will lead client-facing technical projects while ensuring environments meet security standards and best practices. This role involves planning, scoping, and executing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and deployments, as well as auditing client environments, identifying gaps, and remediating issues—especially in regulated environments.
