Ellibee Air Conditioning & Refrigeration has an immediate opening for an experienced Level 2 HVAC Service Technician to join our small, close-knit team in Stephenville, Texas.

We're looking for a capable Level 2 technician who can manage service calls independently. You don't need to be a senior or lead technician, but you should be comfortable taking ownership of your work and providing quality service. Must be a dependable technician with solid hands-on experience who can confidently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems with minimal supervision.

Technical ability is important, but so is personality. We want someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with respect, and represents our company well on every service call. What You'll Do

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
  
• Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs and solutions.
  
• Perform service calls, routine maintenance, and system inspections.
  
• Explain system issues and recommended repairs clearly and professionally to customers.
  
• Complete service tickets and accurately document work performed.
  
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and take pride in the quality of your work.
  
• Work collaboratively with our small team to deliver dependable service and a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Solid, hands-on experience in HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve common HVAC system issues.
  
• Experience with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working in the field.
  
• A reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused attitude.
  
• Friendly, outgoing communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  
• Pride in your workmanship and a professional approach to every job.
  
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  
• EPA 608 certification preferred; candidates who are not yet certified must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus!
