Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Lending Support Administrator to support a busy lending team. In this role you will handle paperwork, assist with managing customer files, review for missing docs and must be comfortable with making outbound customer calls.

Potential temporary to hire

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay $22.00 -$23.00 per hour

Onsite

Position requires a background check and other essential onboarding

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lending Department with administrative and customer service tasks
  • Enter and maintain loan application data
  • Scan, upload, and organize loan documentation
  • Make outbound calls to applicants and customers regarding loan-related items
  • Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries
  • Provide backup support to the customer service team

Qualifications:

  • Previous banking or credit union experience required
  • Experience making outbound calls to customer regarding missing docs or file updates
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
