About the role:
The Lending Program Manager role is a dual role with primary oversight of assigned lending programs, including but not limited to the Heritage Home Loan Program. Secondary (dual) role in providing generalized support to the Residential Mortgage Leadership team as needed and based on volumes, which may include assisting in the processing of Leadership production. Secondary duties are not to interfere with or override primary duties as Program Manager.
What you'll do:
- Oversees relevant Lending Programs to provide end-to-end customer support for related borrowers acting as their loan officer.
- Oversee program processes, vendor relationships, and controls to ensure compliance with lending standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with potential and existing clients to uncover and sell CFBank products that best meet customer needs, while also contributing to the business development goals of CFBank.
- Support the advancement of each assigned loan status by working successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct prequalification/pre-approval loan process and originate loans as needed by gathering financial information from customer and reviews customer credit to match customer need with best product available.
- Support regional sales managers as needed, from application to loan closing as a Loan Officer Asssitant when possible and as needed
- Assumes additional responsibilities for the continued growth and advancement of CFBank's Residential Mortgage Division, such as supporting Regional Managers' production needs outside of the program when necessary and appropriate based on volumes, but not at the risk of the integrity of the Program Management responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general educational degree (GED)
- 3-5 year of experience in mortgage lending/operations preferred.
- Registry with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), to comply with the S.A.F.E. Act Requirements.
