Description

Job Title: Lending Operations Analyst
Work Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
Pay: $40-$45/ hour

Duties:             
  • Support day-to-day execution of the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) program, including tracking pipeline activity, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Able to enter loan estimates and handle operations processes to review new submitted business
  • Work independently with little supervision and partner across the lending team to advance lending initiatives, resolve open issues, and help move high-priority opportunities forward.
  • Assist with product workflows, advisor inquiries, and new opportunity sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate records, project tracking, KPI, and reporting to ensure operational business continuity.
  • Help monitor KPIs, evaluate utilization reporting, identify usage trends, and receive field feedback;document and summarize findings for the team to make product improvements.
  • Deliver clear, actionable product materials to advisors–process guides, FAQs, toolkits –designed to build advisor confidence in lending programs
Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new lending tools quickly, understand the full product lifecycle, and adapt to a fast-growing product segment.
  • Ideally have prior experience in financial services, specifically lending products (securities-based lending, margin, credit-based products, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver on tight turnaround times.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;comfortable working with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
  • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
Education:     
  • High school graduate
