Assess and interpret exposure information from the Client/borrower to ensure all meet lending requirements.
Interpret and evaluate policy terms to ensure adequate coverage to meet lending requirements.
Author high-quality detailed reports outlining findings, red flags/issues, recommendations and coverages for Real Estate, Real Estate Construction and Corporate Finance transactions.
Advise on coverage recommendations to clients, borrowers and outside brokers.
Peer review junior-level associate's reports as needed.
Mentor and be a resource for junior-level associates as needed.
Attend and occasionally lead departmental meetings.
