Summary Overview
We are looking for friendly, resourceful individuals to join our virtual team as Leisure Travel Consultants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering new destinations, working with people, and helping clients create vacations that reflect their interests and preferences.
You will assist travelers with researching and coordinating leisure experiences such as all-inclusive stays, cruises, couples getaways, family vacations, group trips, guided tours, weekend escapes, and international holidays. You'll provide support throughout the planning process while helping clients stay organized and informed.
Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their vacation style, destination interests, dates, and budget

Research leisure destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, activities, and vacation packages

Select appropriate options based on each traveler's priorities and requests

Present recommendations and explain relevant features, inclusions, and available offers

Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other requested services

Complete reservation-related tasks using approved supplier resources

Keep track of confirmations, important dates, payments, and outstanding trip details

Prepare and organize itinerary and reservation information

Verify traveler names, dates, destinations, and selected services for accuracy

Follow up with clients as their vacation plans progress

Assist with routine reservation questions, changes, and special requests

Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual appointments

Maintain organized records of client preferences, communications, and arrangements

Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, seasonal promotions, and leisure vacation products

Provide responsive service that supports client satisfaction and repeat business
