Leisure Planning Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and people-focused Leisure Planning Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys teaching others, communicating clearly, organizing information, and helping people build confidence as they learn new skills and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and available systems
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources
• Encourage participation in ongoing learning and professional development
• Support individual skill development through coaching and constructive feedback
• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful
• Maintain organized records related to training and development activities
• Collaborate with team leaders to support a positive and productive learning environment

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable teaching, explaining, or presenting information to others
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Patient and supportive approach when working with individuals at different experience levels
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable learning and using online platforms and digital tools
• Reliable follow-through and attention to detail
• Previous experience in training, education, leadership, coaching, customer service, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required
