    Description

    People spend months looking forward to vacations, celebrations, weekend getaways, and special experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping turn those ideas into plans.

    As a Leisure & Experiences Specialist, you'll help clients research and coordinate experiences based on their interests, preferences, and budget. Requests may range from vacations and resort stays to cruises, entertainment, attractions, special occasions, and other leisure activities.

    This is a remote opportunity for someone who enjoys researching, discovering new options, working with people, and creating personalized recommendations.

    Previous travel or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Training and resources are provided.

    What You'll Help Create

    No two client requests will look exactly the same. You may help someone plan a family vacation one day and research a weekend getaway or entertainment experience the next.

    Your responsibilities may include:

    • Learning what clients want from an upcoming trip or experience
    • Researching destinations, accommodations, activities, attractions, and entertainment
    • Comparing available options based on preferences and budgets
    • Creating personalized recommendations
    • Coordinating reservations and experience details
    • Communicating confirmations and important information
    • Following up with clients throughout the planning process
    • Helping adjust plans when needs or preferences change
    • Staying current on destinations, resorts, cruises, attractions, and leisure experiences
    • Completing ongoing supplier and industry training
