Join our team as a Leisure Assistant!
Clean, welcoming facilities, friendly staff and well‑organised classes are what set us apart, and our Leisure Assistants play a key role in maintaining those high standards. This is an active, varied role where you'll help keep our newly renovated Cumberland Arena site safe, tidy and inviting for everyone who visits.
You'll support the smooth running of the centre by preparing activity areas, assisting customers with queries and helping to ensure all spaces are well presented throughout the day. Your contribution helps create a positive experience that keeps people coming back.
No previous experience is required. What matters most is your interest in leisure and fitness, your positive attitude and your commitment to delivering great service.

Salary: 24,608.54 (pro rata)
Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Hours: 7.33
Shift Pattern;
1 weekend out of 3 (set shifts)
Saturday: 07:45 - 18:15
Sunday 07:45 - 20:15
