Legal Technology Advisor (AI and Innovation)

We are seeking a Legal Technology Advisor to bridge the gap between legal practice and emerging technology, helping drive the adoption of innovative solutions across a leading global professional services environment. Description

Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to leverage legal technology solutions across legal teams and clients.

Drive adoption of GenAI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve legal workflows and operational efficiency.

Configure, implement, and support legal technology platforms including contract analysis, document automation, and workflow tools.

Deliver demonstrations, training sessions, and tailored technology solutions to end users.

Collaborate with legal, technology, and product teams to support innovation initiatives and improve client outcomes.

Gather stakeholder feedback and contribute to the development and implementation of new legal technology products.

Stay current with emerging technology trends and identify opportunities for future adoption.

Support the rollout and optimization of tools such as Kira, Litera Transact, HighQ, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and other emerging legal technologies.

Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and supporting legal technology solutions.

Strong experience with GenAI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.

Expertise working with legal technology tools and platforms within a law firm or professional services environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and project delivery capabilities.

Experience collaborating with legal professionals, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City, conveniently located near Penn Station.

Hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days onsite and 2 remote days per week.

Job Offer

Permanent full-time position.

Salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.
