Legal Team Case Manager Legal Team Case Manager (Full-Time | In-Office | Pre-Litigation) Location: Ogden, Utah Department: Pre-Litigation Reports To: Legal Team Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly (Non-Exempt) Compensation Range: $20–$24/hour (DOE) evening and weekend shift differentials About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Team Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound client communications and ensuring clients receive timely, professional, and compassionate support throughout the early stages of their case. The Legal Team Case Manager plays a key role in gathering information, documenting interactions accurately, and supporting case progression. This position directly contributes to client experience and case quality and requires strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills. Scheduling & Flexibility Our Legal Team is expanding its availability to better support our clients, which means we have multiple full-time scheduling options available. In addition to traditional daytime schedules, we offer evening and weekend scheduling opportunities for team members who prefer or are open to nontraditional hours. Evening shifts are generally 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. and receive a 10% shift differential. Weekend hours receive a 20% shift differential. We understand that the right schedule looks different for everyone and are open to discussing schedule preferences during the interview process. Candidates with flexibility to help with evening or weekend coverage are especially encouraged to apply. What You'll Own As a Legal Team Case Manager, you will be responsible for keeping cases organized, clients informed, and information accurate.
