Future Salary Increases
July 2027 - 3.93% increase to base pay (3% Across-the-Board + 0.93% Market Increase)
The eligible list established from this recruitment will be used to fill vacancies in the Office of the District Attorney; however, this eligible list may also be used for future vacancies in other County departments.
The County of San Diego is currently accepting applications for Legal Support Supervisor I. Under general direction, incumbents are responsible for training, supervising, and evaluating the work of legal clerical staff, resolving legal clerical problems, and resolving difficult public contact situations.

Condition of Employment

Evaluation
Qualified applicants will be placed on a six (6) month employment list based on scores received during the evaluation of information contained in the employment and supplemental applications. Do you have two (2) years of legal clerical or secretarial experience equivalent to a Legal Support Assistant III in an outside agency performing a variety of increasingly responsible and complex legal clerical work in a lead worker capacity providing technical guidance and training to legal clerical staff?

Do you have legal clerical support experience in Criminal, Civil, Probate Law, Family Law, Child Welfare Services, Child Support and/or Juvenile Dependency? Your experience MUST be verifiable on the "Work Experience" section of your application.
