Legal Billing Specialist at our manufacturing client headquarters in the
Philadelphia Metro area. Candidate is required to have
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and

Legal Billing Assistant - temp (to perm, possible) Position Summary: The Legal Billing Assistant will provide comprehensive support for ongoing legal work in our Corporate Law Department. He/she is expected to work independently as well as in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Responsibilities: • Create, organize, and maintain confidential files of correspondence and transmittals, and file database
• Process invoices in e-billing system (Serengeti, Legal Tracker) and maintain files regarding services provided by outside counsel
• Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, mailing, ordering office supplies, proofreading and database maintenance with great attention and detail
• Provide support and backup to activities of department paralegals
• Other duties may be assigned
Education/Experience Requirements and Preferences: • High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Notary Public certification
Other Required Skills and Abilities: • Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and legal forms
• Basic familiarity with Internet and Internet research
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and
Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker • Must be highly organized, articulate, team-oriented, and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, corporate policies, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
