Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal & Skiptracing Assistant to support our legal and recovery operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in legal administration, compliance, or asset recovery. No prior experience is required — we will provide training and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal documents and case files
- Assist skiptracers and legal assistants with daily tasks and case support
- Draft professional correspondence and documents for customers
- File legal paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
- Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Learn and use skiptracing tools to locate customers and assets
- Communicate and coordinate with local courts regarding legal proceedings and filings
- Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type accurately and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn legal and skiptracing tools and procedures
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
