Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist
Pay rate: $18.00/hour-$20.00/hour, DOE
Hours: 9:00am- 6:00pm

Summary:
  • Daily duties include Mail processing, Copy production, Digital Imaging, Hospitality (kitchen stocking & conference room set-up), and Daily client interaction face to face and via phone & email. Legal background is preferred; strong corporate office experience is equally valuable especially for candidates with solid technical skills or experience supporting hybrid teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Candidates with background in copy/print services, mailroom operations, or hospitality are strongly preferred.
  • This individual handles sensitive information discreetly, navigates complex workflows with minimal oversight, and provides proactive, onsite support.
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs unassisted, the location is split among 4 floors, there are walking and lifting requirements.

  • Dress Code: Business casual, can wear sold dark, clean, tennis shoes for comfort
Qualifications:
  • Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in legal industry is highly desired.
  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
  • Some related copy job experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred.
  • Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management and advanced workflow.
  • Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
  • Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
  • Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
  • Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
  • Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
  • Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
