Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency when handling sensitive legal documents and time-critical requests while interacting with executive-level stakeholders and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and bindery equipment, including finishing and quality control checks Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution of packages and office supplies Provide receptionist support including answering calls, handling inquiries, and assisting visitors Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment; perform minor repairs and escalate technical issues as needed Handle confidential and time-sensitive legal documents with accuracy and discretion Perform document services including scanning, OCR processing, file conversion, formatting, archiving, and file management Maintain service logs, billing records, and inventory of supplies Deliver completed work to designated locations within and outside the site Support meeting room setup, office moves, and light facility maintenance tasks Coordinate service requests and communicate job status updates to stakeholders Assist with offsite project coordination and vendor interactions as required Provide professional support to legal staff including attorneys, paralegals, and executives Requirements High school diploma or GED 1 2 years of relevant experience in office services, print/copy, or customer support roles Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Experience in a legal or law firm environment preferred Familiarity with copy/print production, mailroom operations, and shipping/receiving procedures preferred Basic technical knowledge of office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
