Job Description
Support 1-2 associate attorneys in a civil defense law firm
Independently manage an active case load
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case meetings
Draft and proofread legal documents
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys
Responsibilities:
Schedule depositions, site inspections, hearings, and case meetings
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
Provide general administrative assistance to attorneys
Preferred Experience:
7+ years experience in civil litigation defense specialties like personal injury and commercial liability
Familiarity with California Superior Courts and judicial processes
Strong technology skills including email, video conferencing, and document management
Benefits:
$75,000 - $85,000/year DOE
