We are partnering with one of the top five most prestigious law firms in the U.S., known for handling catastrophic, high-stakes litigation and recovering billions in verdicts and settlements nationwide.They are seeking two experienced Legal Secretaries/Assistants to support trial attorneys on high-profile cases across the country. This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and sharp attention to detail who wants to be part of a team delivering meaningful, life-changing results. Will pay relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant (Litigation)
Location: Houston, TX 
Pay: up to $120K + overtime + bonuses + excellent benefits!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to assigned attorneys and litigation teams
  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars and coordinate meetings, travel, and case-related events
  • Handle e-filing in state and federal courts, including tracking and docketing critical deadlines
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda
  • Coordinate depositions, prepare hearing and trial notebooks, and assist with trial preparation
  • Process expense reports and manage logistics for hearings, trials, and attorney travel
  • Screen and manage incoming calls and communications
  • Collaborate with legal support teams to ensure seamless workflow and client service
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience (plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, filings, and deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage cases from file inception through trial
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including complex document formatting
  • Typing speed of 70+ WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
