Legal
Secretary / Legal Assistant (Litigation) Location: Houston, TX Pay: up to $120K + overtime + bonuses + excellent benefits!

Key
Responsibilities
Provide
day-to-day administrative and legal support to assigned attorneys and
litigation teams
Manage
complex, high-volume calendars and coordinate meetings, travel, and
case-related events
Handle
e-filing in state and federal courts, including tracking and
docketing critical deadlines
Prepare,
revise, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and
memoranda
Coordinate
depositions, prepare hearing and trial notebooks, and assist with trial
preparation
Process
expense reports and manage logistics for hearings, trials, and attorney
travel
Screen
and manage incoming calls and communications
Collaborate
with legal support teams to ensure seamless workflow and client service
Maintain
strict confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience (plaintiff
personal injury strongly preferred)
Strong
knowledge of state and federal court procedures, filings, and deadlines
Proven
ability to manage cases from file inception through trial
Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Word, including complex document
formatting
Typing
speed of 70+ WPM
High
school diploma or equivalent required
