Description
Direct Hire - Full-time - in office located in Glendale, CA
- Salary: $ 45k-60k
- This law office covers personal injury, (PLAINTIFF) Employment, (PLAINTIFF AND DEFENSE) criminal, WC (DEFENSE).
- Business casual environment in a boutique law firm office setting.
- Full-time schedule (in office) M to Fri, 8am to 430pm
- Vaccinated: Not required.
- Spanish, Farsi or Armenian speaking is a plus but NOT required.
- Personal Injury experience 2 yrs.
- Pre-Litigation & Litigation including trial: 2 yrs
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, and DROPBOX
- Familiar with Google Gmail and Calendaring
- Able to handle a caseload of 30 to 40 cases
- 2 yrs of answering and propounding discovery...VERY IMPORTANT.
- Familiar with E-filing and familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules, etc.
- Will be working closely with attorney and Office Manager.
- Legal Assistant will have their own DESK. Needs to be able to pick up fairly quickly.
- Interview process 1 interview but PREFERS in person but can accommodate a virtual interview if necessary.
