We are hiring a Legal Research Analyst to support the U.S. Attorney's Office in Phoenix, AZ.
In this full-time role, you will assist Assistant U.S. Attorneys with legal research, case analysis, and document drafting to support civil, habeas, and immigration cases.
Responsibilities include reviewing laws and regulations, analyzing case files, supporting docketing and filing, and preparing legal documents and orders.
Qualifications include a J.D., at least two years of legal research and litigation support experience, proficiency in federal rules, and the ability to make quick decisions.
Other requirements: U.S. citizenship, successful background check, and location within commuting distance. Travel may be required. This exempt position offers competitive pay, benefits, and job stability. Telework is not permitted.
