Position Overview:

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a respected litigation law firm near Pasadena, California, seeking an experienced Legal Records Clerk for an immediate temporary assignment. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in legal records, strong computer skills, and experience working in a paperless law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize legal records, both digital and physical.
  • Handle daily scanning, uploading, indexing, and retrieval of legal documents.
  • Perform electronic filing and ensure proper naming/tagging in the document management system.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to fulfill file and document requests.
  • Assist with file audits, archiving, and records retention projects.

Top Qualifications:

  • Prior legal records experience (law firm preferred).
  • Familiarity with iManage or similar document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in electronic filing in a paperless legal environment.
