Legal Receptionist Job in Del Mar, CA
LHH is partnering with a well-established law firm in Del Mar, CA that is seeking a professional and polished Legal Receptionist for an immediate opening. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment, providing exceptional client service, and supporting a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service
Manage front desk operations and maintain a polished reception area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative tasks and document preparation
Manage filing, scanning, and data entry projects
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information
Support special projects and office operations as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, legal receptionist, or front office experience
Prior law firm or legal office experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Open-ended contract opportunity

San Diego/Del Mar, CA
Full-time, Monday through Friday
