Job Description

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with court personnel and opposing counsel as needed for litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Schedule and manage deadlines, hearings, and trial dates.
• Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and maintaining calendars.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal procedures and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Practice Specialist (Litigation) should have:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a Big Law setting.
• Cryptocurrency or Crypto-Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, etc..
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
