Job Description
Assist attorneys with preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
Coordinate with court personnel and opposing counsel as needed for litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
Schedule and manage deadlines, hearings, and trial dates.
Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and maintaining calendars.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal procedures and policies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Practice Specialist (Litigation) should have:
5+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a Big Law setting.
Cryptocurrency or Crypto-Litigation experience strongly preferred.
Working knowlege of Relativity, PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, etc..
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documentation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
