    Legal Practice Manager
    Location: Long Island City, NY (4 days in-office, Friday WFH)
    Compensation: Up to $180K + excellent benefits

    We are conducting a search for a Legal Practice Manager to join a highly successful and privately held company with a strong portfolio that includes iconic properties such as Gurney’s and the tallest building in Long Island City.     What You’ll Do:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of legal operations with a focus on commercial real estate closings.

    • Collaborate with internal and external counsel, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of deals.

    • Draft, review, and organize closing documents, agreements, and related contracts.

    • Oversee compliance and risk management matters related to real estate and corporate transactions.

    • Support leadership with legal strategy, process improvement, and best practices.

    • Liaise across departments to align legal functions with business objectives.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Extensive law firm experience handling commercial real estate closings.

    • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and deal structures.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex transactions simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

    • Professional judgment with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    • Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred but not required.
