What your future day will look like:

• Produce and distribute performance reports while analyzing key operational metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned legal servicing partners, providing guidance and supporting strong working relationships.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators including (but not limited to) Legal Scorecards, Garnishment Goals, Renewal Goals, Suit Goals, and other client-specific metrics.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal data systems to identify performance trends, risks, and account-level opportunities.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights and communicate recommended adjustments to servicing partners.
• Ensure sustained accuracy and attention to detail across reporting cycles.
• Monitor partner performance against service standards and client expectations while identifying and addressing performance gaps.
• Conduct performance reviews, document action plans, and ensure follow-through on corrective measures and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support client and operational objectives.
• Analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and risk mitigation efforts.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Legal collections, debt collection, financial services, or related industry experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
