If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like: - Produce and distribute performance reports while analyzing key operational metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned legal servicing partners, providing guidance and supporting strong working relationships.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators including (but not limited to) Legal Scorecards, Garnishment Goals, Renewal Goals, Suit Goals, and other client-specific metrics.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal data systems to identify performance trends, risks, and account-level opportunities.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights and communicate recommended adjustments to servicing partners.
- Ensure sustained accuracy and attention to detail across reporting cycles.
- Monitor partner performance against service standards and client expectations while identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Conduct performance reviews, document action plans, and ensure follow-through on corrective measures and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support client and operational objectives.
- Analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and risk mitigation efforts.

- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Legal collections, debt collection, financial services, or related industry experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
