Job overview:
- Our client is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Transformation and Operations Manager to drive operational efficiencies across legal processes, systems, and technologies. This individual will work closely with Commercial Legal leadership and cross-functional business teams to streamline workflows, improve operational effectiveness, and support business growth.
- The role will focus on managing commercial legal projects, coordinating Salesforce-related initiatives, supporting legal technology implementations, and driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, business operations, stakeholder management, and technology coordination skills. Previous Legal Operations experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Legal leadership to manage and execute go-to-market and commercial initiatives.
- Lead project management activities to ensure consistent processes, timely execution, and successful delivery of business initiatives.
- Coordinate Salesforce requirements, system bugs, template updates, enhancements, and other commercial technology initiatives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce technology teams to track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support legal technology implementations through requirements gathering, project tracking, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with Legal, Revenue Operations, Deal Operations, Technology, and other business stakeholders.
- Identify operational risks, anticipate potential challenges, and implement solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow guidelines, and training materials for operational processes and legal technology tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, workflows, and technologies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives for new team members.
- Lead special projects and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen Legal Operations and business transformation initiatives.
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, Project Management, or related functions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Experience coordinating technology implementations, system enhancements, and business process transformations.
- Previous experience working with Legal Operations, Commercial Legal, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and execution plans.
Skillsets
- Strong project and program management capabilities.
- Knowledge of business operations, process management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Jira is strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating CRM enhancements, technology requirements, system bugs, and workflow updates.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to gather business requirements, document workflows, and develop implementation plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
