The Legal Operations Coordinator provides lead administrative and workflow coordination support to the Legal Operations Manager and the broader Legal department. This position serves as the operational hub for calendars, logs, reporting, meeting coordination, oversight of check and mail workflows, and special project coordination, including TAG. The Legal Operations Coordinator ensures that departmental processes run efficiently, deadlines are tracked, and departmental work is distributed fairly among staff. This position is the lead operational coordinator and serves as the primary backup to the Legal Operations Manager for day-to-day workflow administration.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or G.E.D required. Associate degree in legal administration, paralegal studies, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative, legal assistant, paralegal, or operations experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or nonprofit/corporate legal environment.

Certifications/Licenses:

Valid State Driver's License

Notary Public required
