    Description

    This is an unpaid internship position for law students seeking externship academic credit. The expected time commitment is approximately 15-20 hours per week. A hybrid work arrangement is preferred; however, fully remote arrangements may be considered.This role is expected to model our Leadership Behaviors—Integrity & Compliance, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Courage, Team Empowerment, and Accountability & Results—in all aspects of work.

    The intern's responsibilities and learning opportunities will include the following:

    • Assist with and participate in the daily activities and special projects of the Legal Department, and benefit from coaching and mentoring by seasoned in-house attorneys
    • Attend and participate in meetings and presentations
    • Draft memoranda regarding areas of legal interest to the intern, potentially including commercial compliance, intellectual property, and/or employment law, and receive feedback on the same
    • Learn the commercial contract process and review contracts
    • Develop skills with important legal tools and systems
    • Review and become familiar with Repligen’s policies and internal processes
    • Develop relationships with organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Shadow attorneys in important meetings and negotiations
