Full-Time Legal Intake Representative

Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: Up to $20/hr (Includes Perfect Attendance Incentive)

As a Legal Intake Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking personal injury legal assistance. You will set the tone for their journey by providing compassion, active listening, and exceptional customer service during critical moments.

No prior customer service experience? No problem! We provide fully paid training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and live transfers from prospective clients with professionalism and care.
• Accurately collect and document claim details using structured scripts and digital intake forms.
• Guide sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, and clear communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fast and accurate typing, solid computer proficiency, and excellent written/verbal skills
• Strong active-listening abilities, a professional phone manner, and a knack for connecting with people from all walks of life
• The ability to work weekends and holidays, with a proven track record of punctuality and great attendance
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: Earn $20/hr with Perfect Attendance ($18/hr without)

Schedule and Training:

• Various Schedules
• Training hours will be during the daytime. Once training is complete, you will move to your full-time shift.
