Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR and legal documentation to support onboarding and compliance.

  • Monitor and report progress against performance and pipeline targets.

  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal risk controls.

  • Support recruitment activities and candidate experience initiatives.

  • Administer HRIS records and ensure data accuracy for audits.

  • Prepare regular dashboards and management reports on HR & operations metrics.

  • Assist in policy development and updating employment handbooks.

  • Assist in workforce planning and territory-based pipeline analysis.

  • Collaborate on employee development plans and tracking of learning outcomes.

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and cross-functional meeting coordination.

  • Provide cross-functional project coordination for cross-border initiatives.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration.

  • 3-5 years in HR, talent acquisition, or legal operations support.

  • Strong understanding of labor law compliance and internal controls.

  • Experience administering an HRIS and ensuring data accuracy for audits.

  • Ability to prepare dashboards and KPI reports for HR & operations.

  • Project coordination skills for cross-functional and cross-border initiatives.

  • Proven recruitment support experience and candidate experience initiatives.

  • Experience in workforce planning and territory-based pipeline analysis.

  • Policy development and employment handbook updating experience.

  • Excellent calendar, scheduling, and cross-functional meeting coordination.
